About

I was born in Vancouver, BC in the Summer of 1969. I have lived most of my life in Vancouver and have always felt Vancouver to be my home, despite having traveled to many beautiful places.

I attended UBC for a degree in science and part of a masters degree. I have worked with children for about 16 years in the public school system and taught yoga for nearly a decade.

​

Meditation became central to my life for about a decade, before having a profound existential crisis at the end of 2018, which, though horrible, led to profound personal growth, with the establishment of a healing relationship with a body based trauma counsellor who has taken on the role of a village elder in my life.

​

Currently, I feel a regular sense of newness and being at the beginning of things, which is wonderful.
